Global Connected Team Model

The delivery model of TalentCloud is a Global Connected Team model, where a large, distributed group of people contribute to a project or solve a problem. For a fixed scope of work or innovation PoC, the typical steps we follow are:

Problem Identification

This is usually the use case that needs to be addressed through a community-leveraged effort. This could range from data analysis and small tasks to complex problem-solving and innovation.

Technology Selection and Architecture Finalization

Once a problem is well-defined, the community collaborates with the customer to define the technology choices, architecture guidelines, or design options.

Task Design

Once the problem parameters are set, we define the task breakdown structure and determine how many steps will be needed to reach our objective. This is part of the agile way of working on the TalentCloud Platform.

Contributor Engagement

Once the tasks are published, community members who wish to participate can confirm their agreements regarding confidentiality and making original contributions to the tasks.

Submission and Review

Once the task or sprint deadline is over, the submissions are reviewed and ranked against the objective of the task.

Compensation and Incentives

The chosen winning contributions are then accepted, and the incentives set for tasks are paid out to the chosen contributors.

Aggregation and Integration

The various outcomes of tasks are integrated and aggregated to build the outcome that was set in step 1.

Feedback and Iteration

The delivery mechanism allows for continuous feedback and demos of the outcomes throughout the process, and feedback is incorporated in iterations. There are formal reviews at each step, which are transparent with the customer on the platform.
